Welcome to National Property Systems there are a few items that we need you to have setup before we can setup your company with our services. Depending on which of NPS’s services you have selected will determine exactly how these items are setup. Below is the most common setup for agencies using all three of the main services that we provide. Maintenance, Accounts and Inspections. We require the following emails or email alias addresses setup:
Your domain name is your web address for example ours is nationalpropertysystems.com.au if you do not have an individual domain name setup for your company yet that is fine we can help you set the basics up for you at a minimal charge just ask us for assistance.
If you are using a property management software that doesn’t require outlook for emails i.e Palace you do not actually have to have an email account setup as such (which will save you money as its one less email you will need to pay for). You can just have an alias address set up which will forward the emails the to desired email account.
You will need the above email alias to be forwarded to the following addresses: Maintenance ➠ email@example.com Accounts ➠ firstname.lastname@example.org Inspections ➠ email@example.com
If you have not selected to use all of our services then you will need to forward the email address of the service(s) that are/is not with NPS to your selected email address(s).
If your company already has an account's email in use please make the email address pmaccounts@. This is not preferred but is the second option if required.
As a part of our service, you will receive your own personalised phone number which will give you a dedicated property management phone number with the following options: Option 1 Maintenance Option 2 Accounts Option 3 Inspections Option 4 Your agencies main number or a number that you select
With the above options if you have not selected all the services then the option for the services that you have not selected will go to your main number or a number that you select. Programming of the phone system can take around 20 days to be up and running including testing time to ensure it is all working correctly.
If you are linking any existing phone systems that you may have to your new NPS number or giving out your new number please do not do so until you have confirmation from NPS in writing that your new number has been tested and is operational or that other measures are in play.
