With over 40 years in Real Estate, Lindsay has been a part of the essential team within major Franchises. Commencing as a trainee property manager in 1970 to heading a major Franchise Auction department as Chief Auctioneer, 1985 -1989. Lindsay went on to run the Auction department for another major Franchise network conducting auctions across Sydney and country NSW. In 1995 Lindsay left the Franchises and began his Freelance Auction career continuing to this day.
Sales and management have been at the forefront of his experience and with the business of being in the corporate ‘Franchise’ comes a heavy people responsibility.As an Auctioneer, attention to detail is critical and to ensure that all parties are satisfied is an essential element to any task undertaken.
