Karen worked for many years, for a large financial institution in their mortgage/lending department. She processed and approved residential loans for domestic and investment applicants. She worked ‘up the ranks’ and was Managing the Lending department and Retail support unit for a
large area covering a number of branches, before she left to work in her family business.
Karen and her husband ran a successful Property Maintenance company in the UK and when they came to Australia with their young family in 2008, she and her husband set up a similar company here. More recently Karen has trained to carry out Routine Inspections as well as Entry and Exit inspections. She provides accurate reports, supported by clear photographs for the benefit of the clients.
She is friendly and is conscientious and has both the tenants and owners interests at heart when conducting her reports.
